When placing an order please refer to the policies and terms below:

 

  • Buyer warrants all items purchased are for resale. A state issued resale license and Credit profile are required.
     

  • Pricing is wholesale, FOB our warehouse in Ashfield, Massachusetts unless noted elsewhere.
     

  • The minimum initial order is $150.  Some items may require a minimum quantity.

  • Payments must be made with a credit card.  We will contact buyer for their credit card information for orders placed online.  Well established customers may be assigned terms with excellent credit references.
     

  • Most orders will be shipped via FedEx Ground or USPS Flat Rate where appropriate.
     

  • The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.  We only charge the actual shipping charges.  We do not add any additional handling costs.
     

  • Please report any shipping damages to us within five (5) days of receiving your order.  We will make every effort to replace or credit any loss.  We want you to be satisfied.  
     

  • All returns, require authorization within five (5) days of receipt of shipment or we reserve the right to refuse. No refunds are issued. For credit, all goods must be returned in same condition as received and in a timely fashion. Merchandise returned without prior authorization is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
     

  • Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations may occur in size, texture, and color.  Our quality is always high.
     

  • We respect your privacy.  Any and all the information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned.  Any information you give us will be held with the utmost care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to.   • All items are well stocked and available for immediate delivery.
